My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?Updated 13 days ago

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse within 3 working days (UK) or 10 working days (international) after you place your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. This will always have the latest updates from the courier.

If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your order is overdue:

• Check with neighbours or your building reception (if applicable).

• If you still can’t locate your order, or something else is wrong, please email [email protected] with your order number and as much detail as possible so we can investigate.

Please get in touch within 28 days of your order date. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we may not be able to investigate or replace missing items.
