How can I exchange an item?Updated a year ago

You can return your order to us within 28 days from the date of delivery for an exchange of any item of the same price or the same item in a different size. Please complete your returns form with the item(s) you're returning and the item(s) you wish to receive as an exchange. Please return items in their original, unworn condition with the tags attached. Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel.

Unfortunately, we don't yet offer free returns, so you'll need to send the package back at your own cost. However, you won't need to pay any further postage for us to send your exchange back to you.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you will be liable for any damage to the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipper. Any parcels sent on a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk. Please keep your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost in transit. 

If returning an international order, clearly mark ‘RETURN GOODS’ on the description to avoid paying unnecessary charges. International customers may be liable to pay duties / tax on their exchange parcels.
