When will my order arrive?Updated a year ago

For UK orders, you have the option to select next day delivery at checkout (orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day), Saturday delivery (orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday for Saturday delivery services) and Standard delivery (Hermes 48h) - Standard delivery parcels usually take 2 days to be delivered, however this is a delivery aim and sometimes this can take up to 4 days.

Most orders are dispatched the same or following day of you placing your order - if this isn't the case, please get in touch with our team at [email protected] 

All international orders will be sent using Deutsche Post with the transit times varying from 2-7 days. Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will investigate your delivery.  

Please note, next day delivery is for working day delivery only and does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Orders must be placed before 2pm to receive next day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Saturday delivery is available and all orders must be made before 2pm Friday to ensure delivery. Some postcodes are exempt from next working day delivery and our team will be in touch if this is the case.
