Why has my order been cancelled or part shipped?Updated a year ago

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always get in touch to apologise and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible. We sometimes like to send you something as an apology so please check to see if we've emailed you.
