Not happy with your purchase? 

Returning an item is simple:

1. Register your return via our Returns Portal. This helps speed up processing and lets you track your return.

2. Repack your item in the original packaging (where possible).

3. Make sure it’s unworn, with all original tags still attached (and hygiene sticker for swimwear).

4. Your return must arrive back to us within 28 days of delivery.

Important notes:

• You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage.

• We recommend using a tracked and insured service so your parcel is protected in case it goes missing.

• If you’re returning from outside the UK, please clearly mark your package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
