If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within a few hours of purchase:
Check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes emails can end up there.
Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
If you paid with PayPal, Klarna, or Apple Pay, check your account to confirm payment was successful.
If you still can’t find it, email us at [email protected] with your full name, email address and any other details you have (order date, items purchased). We’ll be able to confirm if your order went through.
