If you’ve received the wrong item or something faulty, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. Please make sure to include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos showing the fault or incorrect item
Please also keep all original packaging until we’ve resolved it.
Refunds for faulty items that have been worn or had their tags removed will be reviewed at our discretion.
