Our Christmas Returns Policy is now in place.

Orders placed from 25th November 2025 have until 31st January 2026 to return your order.

We don’t offer free returns - please send your items back at your own cost using a tracked service. Make sure to keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method. We can’t refund to a different card, account or via cash.

• Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

• Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached.

• Returns must be received back within the 28-day window (not just posted).

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

If an item doesn’t meet the conditions above, your return may be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.
