You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
We don’t offer free returns - please send your items back at your own cost using a tracked service. Make sure to keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method. We can’t refund to a different card, account or via cash.
Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached.
Returns must be received back within the 28-day window (not just posted).
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If an item doesn’t meet the conditions above, your return may be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.
